All yardage requirements can be found in the production price lists. Tackboards over 96″ will ship in two pieces. It’s the customer’ sole responsibility to ensure all COM fabrics comply with all applicable regulations and codes. If fiber or laminate backing is required for upholstering, any additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Please call customer service if you are requiring fabric to be applied in a non standard method.
Do you ship nationally?
Unloading is the responsibility of the buyers agent. Creative Wood and the carrier assume no responsibility for labor to unload. All items must be inspected upon delivery. Any shortages or damage must be noted on the delivery document upon receipt. “Subject to inspection“ or “concealed damage“ claims will no be allowed on blanket wrapped shipments since inspection is required as blankets are removed.

How do I care for my furniture?
To remove dust on a regular basis, use a clean lint-free cotton cloth to wipe down all finished areas.
To clean finished surfaces, wipe with a clean, soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. A solution of a mild detergent or an emulsion based cleaner can be also used. Products such as Murphy’s Oil Soap contains no wax, silicones, or solvents. Spills are always removed more easily if cleaned promptly.
Avoid harsh chemicals:Avoid ammonia or bleach based cleaners and soaps with dye
What not to do:
- Do not use soap pads, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not use solvent based or petroleum based cleaners.
- Do not use a dish cloth as it may contain grease or detergents.
- Do not use waxes or polishes containing silicone or solvents.
Avoid excessive moisture: Wipe up spills and water spots immediately so that moisture is not absorbed on the surface.
